Poem: Hold Your Breath

Hold your breath and wait

Until the sun is up,

Until the day is on,

Until your life begins.

               

                Hold your breath and wait.

                And pray for the right moment to come,

                And hope for the ocean to calm.

                              

                               Hold your breath and wait

                               Until your life is perfect,

                               Until you’re ready to take a step

                               And go further, go beyond

                               Yourself.

Hold your breath and wait…

You might as well die waiting.

So why really stay?

Move, move on, and keep moving!

Until the very last day…
